Komodo Dragons Report

 

Today for writing I was writing a report about a animal I choose to research the Komodo dragon, because it looks cool.


My mum helped me with my report research and writing.


WALHT write in complete sentences. 


Success Criteria

Self Assessment

I will look at my plan and think of 1-2 keywords


I will say my sentence to myself then write it down.

Komodo Dragons


Did you know Komodo dragons can grow upto 10 feet?


Classification

Komodo dragons are from the monitor lizard family.


Appearance

Komodo dragons can weigh more than 300 pounds. They have a huge muscular tail with bowed legs and a huge flat head with a round snout. 


Habitat 

They prefer the tropical forests in Indonesia. Komodo dragons have their own island called Komodo Island.


Diet

Komodo dragons aren’t fussy and eat nearly anything deer, pigs, water buffalo and even smaller Komodo dragons.


Did you know Komodo dragons are not actually dragons. They are the largest living lizards on earth.

      here and there I found researching Komodo dragons pretty hard. I found a website it was pretty good, I think it was called national geographic it had a lot of information on there.

    1. Hello Mrs McCormack thanks for commenting on my blog.yes we referencing we can't wait till it's level 3 so we can go out and hunt something.
      I went to the beach yesterday and picked up some rubbish out of the rockpools so it wouldn't make Tangaroa mad and sad.
