Pen pal

Today for reading I was learning how to write a letter to a penpal. I chose Jackson because he is my good friend.

Bula! My name is Torbyn. I go to St Mary Catholic School in Gisborne. My family is from New Zealand and Fiji. I live with my Dad, Mum and Sister. I am good at running, swimming, horse riding and hunting. I like playing with my friends in the sandpit at school, riding a jet ski and four wheeler motor bikes. I also love looking after my puppies and axolotls. This year my goals are to have quality blog posts and to stay on task in class. This year I am looking forward to being a strong kaia in Kapa Haka, getting better at Horo Hopu, doing my best at athletics and representing Blue House/Mary McKillop. People who inspire me are teachers at school because they help me learn new things, my dad because he's a good hunter and I want to be a great hunter like him, but even better!
